Need a super easy lunch or dinner? This Rotisserie Chicken Salad Recipe is quick, simple and nutritious. We are making a traditional chicken salad using store-bought rotisserie chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 Fully Cooked Store-bought Rotisserie Chicken
- 3 Celery Stalks - chopped
- 1/4 Cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion
- 1/2-3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Brown Mustard
- Salt/Pepper - to taste
Instructions
- Pull the chicken meat from the bones. This should get you approximately 3 cups of chicken meat.
- Mix chicken, celery, onion, mayo, and mustard. Stir until fully combined.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Store and refrigerate in an airtight container.
Notes
Serve in wraps, sandwiches or on a green salad. Chicken salad is also great as a snack with crackers.
