Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp Granulated Swerve
- 2 tablespoon low carb chocolate chips like Lily's chocolate chips
Instructions
- Plugin your waffle maker.
- In a small bowl mix the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, egg, cinnamon, swerve and chocolate chips.
- Add half the keto chocolate chip Chaffle batter to the Dish Mini waffle maker at a time. Cook chaffle batter in the waffle maker for 4 minutes.
- When the first one is completely done cooking cook the second one.
- Let each chaffle sit for 1-2 minutes on a plate to firm up. Enjoy alone, sprinkled with powdered sugar or whipped cream on top.
