Ingredients
- 2 lb Ground Beef
 - 1 tsp Minced Garlic
 - 2 packets Brown Gravy Mix with water
 - 18 oz frozen Peas and Carrots thawed
 - 12 oz frozen Potatoes O'Brien or Diced Hash Brown Potatoes thawed
 - 8 refrigerated Biscuits
 - Salt and Pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
 - Brown ground beef in a large oven-safe skillet until no longer pink.
 - Drain excess grease.
 - In a small bowl, combine gravy mix with water (as specified on the packet and stir until blended.
 - Add garlic, potatoes, peas, and carrots to ground beef.
 - Pour gravy over mixture.
 - Stir and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until gravy thickens.
 - Cut biscuits in quarters and top skillet.
 - Bake for 20 minutes or until biscuits is golden.
